Ahhhh, fashion.  While the fashion catwalks are currently filled with winter furs and heavy coats, editorials published in the last weeks have seen larger models photographed in underwear as outerwear, and outwear displaying underwear!

The following series of images comes from Yo Dona magazine issue #248, the fashion supplement to Spain’s Elmundo newspaper.  While the photographer labelled the look “Showgirls“*, the bodysuit styling clearly owes a debt to V Magazine #63′s “Curves Ahead” shoot.  It seems stylists are still being directed to under-dress the larger models, despite their size being within the range of many designers.  Baby steps, still.  Would a reader like to volunteer a translation?
